History of Alba's Walk

Alba's walk was originated by Alba Rayton, a senior member of AMHH on her 60th birthday (2005) in order to give something to people who were in greater need, rather than just to receive.  So she organised a charity walk to raise funds for The China Coast, a house for the elderly in Kowloon Tong. 

This year, the third anniversary, she has chosen The Children's Cancer Foundation as the beneficiary.  It is her goal to make this years walk very memorable because her association is celebrating their 30th anniversary.

It is Alba's goal to continue to organise the walk to the end of her life, even if she has to be carried in a sedan chair.
